Carol Ann Smith, F.N.P.
Medical Director

Carol Ann Smith serves as the supervising Medical Director for the IMAj Institute.  As a long tenured Instructor in cosmetic medical services, Carol Ann provides IMAj students with an exceptional opportunity to learn from and work with one of the top professionals in the industry. With her unmatched experience and work ethic, Carol Ann's leadership provides an extraordinary model of professionalism for IMAj students and faculty to follow.

As an experienced licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician, Samantha serves as the Director of the IMAj Institute and is responsible to oversee the daily activities of the school and the overall quality of the training programs provided.  

Erinn Freyer, L.C.., L.C.I.
Lead Aesthetics Instructor

As our most tenured Instructors, Erinn has over 16 years of experience in the aesthetics industry.  Erinn provides student instruction on services that include chemical peels, microdermabrasion, lumifacials, and endermology.  With more than 7 years as a Licensed Aesthetics Instructor, Erinn is an integral part of the IMAj team.

Karen Cagan, L.C., L.C.I.
Aesthetics Instructor

Karen brings a unique wealth of experience to the IMAj Institute and the Clinical Aesthetics training program.  Karen's depth of knowledge is shared with IMAj students during the first month of theory instruction as she helps to build a foundation of understanding in both traditional and medical spa skin care concepts.

Lisa Mansueto, L.E.I., L.E., C.L.T.
Aesthetics Instructor

With a specific expertise and acumen in hands-on instruction for traditional spa services, Lisa Mansueto helps to prepare IMAj students for success with facial techniques, waxing, chemical peels, and skin care product knowledge.  Lisa is both a Licensed Aesthetics Instructor and Certified Laser Technician.

Courtney Kober, L.C., L.E.I., C.L.T.
Laser Technician Instructor

Courtney is a Licensed Aesthetics Instructor as well as a Certified Laser Technician.  In 2007, Courtney joined the IMAj faculty in order to share her expertise in the fundamentals of mineral make-up techniques and state board licensing examination preparation. 

Rylee Bledsoe, L.E., C.L.T.
Laser Technician Instructor

Rylee Bledsoe received her esthetics education in both basic and advanced courses from the Arizona Esthetics Institute.  She is a certified permanent make-up artist, and has more than a dozen individual Certifications in Laser training.  Rylee is also the lead Laser applications Instructor for the IMAj Institute.

Jadie Peck, L.E., C.L.T.
Laser Technician Instructor / Quality Assurance

Jadie completed both her Aesthetician and Laser Technician certifications in Arizona, and now shares her unique expertise as a Laser Technician Instructor for the IMAj Institute.  Jadie is also responsible to oversee the overall quality of instruction and client care here at IMAj. 

Casey Selba, L.E., C.L.T.
Laser Technician Instructor

Casey Selba is a licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician.  She graduated with honors from her aesthetics training, and received her laser certification training from the IMAj Institute.  Having worked as a laser technician in the medical spa environment, Casey provides unique insight and experience to IMAj students as a Laser applications Instructor.

Jason Begley
Admissions Coordinator

Jason Begley is the Admissions Coordinator for the IMAj Institute.  Jason provides assistance with registration, financial aid, and job placement.  Jason has also served as a business development specialist to the medical spa industry for the last 15 years.
